The Miri Feel Good Guarantee is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing for the first time.Try one pair of each unique style and size risk-free. If there is any discomfort or sizing problem, we would reimburse the first order value via store credit. No question asked. For multiple items, just be sure to keep any duplicate pairs you order unopened and unworn in case you do need to make a swap.
Undies
We recommend wearing each unique style of undies you’re trying for a full day in order to understand how they fit before wearing and washing any duplicate pairs of the same style and size.
Bras
Make sure your skin is clean when trying on, free from any deodorant, self-tanner, lotion, oils, makeup or fragrance.
Conditions
This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Feel Good Guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1) of intimate wear purchased online at miriwear.com. Multipacks are NOT eligible.
- Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the Feel Good Guarantee.
- This guarantee only applies to the comfort of the product and does not cover the height, length, width or color of your new Miri intimate product.
- COD fees will not be refunded under the Feel Good Guarantee.
- The product must be used in accordance with the Care Instructions which are provided with your product.
- In order to claim under this guarantee you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery and have allowed at least 7 days to try your product.
- The guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating any faults with other products available at miriwear.com or authorized independent retailers.
