Shipping Charges

- Shipping is always on Miri, i.e no shipping charges applicable.

Shipping Methods

- All Indian orders are shipped via air modes.
- Orders that qualify for Free and Flat Rate shipping are mailed with Bluedart or a similar air delivery service.

Delivery Periods

-  Delivery might take up to 2 or more business days.

-  Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may be extended during high volume periods such as holidays, sales, restocks and new product launches. Once a package is
handed off to the shipping carrier, Miri has no control over the delivery timeline.

Return & Exchange Policy

-  For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return or exchange of bras, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of multi-piece sets that includes panties.

-  Our return and exchange policy allows for you to return/exchange your order within 3 days of the order’s delivery. Option to place a return/exchange request will be disabled in your account after 30 days of the order’s delivery.

-  The returns and exchanges take place within 3 business days of receiving the returned package.

-  Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret to inform you that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties, Stick-On Bras, pasties and some accessories.
